The Theater workshop organized by iCE was extremely useful to me. Three hours of time spent on all the 5 days really broadened my outlook and gave a new perspective to me. Today I can see the mind of the chair I am sitting in. The trainer was amazing; he is well read; knows his subject extremely well. He used NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques and practices really well in the workshop to instigate us to look at things and people differently and see the new possibilities in the face of difficulties. By the end of the program I got convinced that I am already an actor on the stage called earth and I have to perform my role really well.

I recommend this program for many people in i-flex and recommend Neeraj Kabi as a trainer any time on the subject.

The workshop was an enjoyable experience. I realized that ‘being’ the actor was quite a challenge and requires a deep alignment between mind and body at each moment.

We need not wait for an event to perform… each moment in our lives including our corporate life gives us an opportunity to ACT i.e. listening to people/teams around us with all our antennae tuned, reading their minds and reacting appropriately. This approach was well demonstrated through activities using puppets and masks.

Another learning was that intellect and memories often get in the way of our actions/generate fear and this could be overcome by conversing with self! Power of these conversations could even get us DRUNK
